This shawl was created when I went to the French Alps. The light was fantastic and the colours very varied. I wanted something that would remind me of the mountains, the colours and the water. This is the result.
It is made from pure wool and as a result is incredibly warm. Wrap yourself up on those cold winter nights!
I make my shawls on my antique knitting machine. Each one takes two days of work as I select the colours, knit the shawl and then finish it with the fringe.
